N&B laboratories are more than just a production space.

Opened in 2024, the N&B 4.0 Laboratories were built to ensure greater speed, consistent quality and sustainable standards throughout the production process. Designed to integrate people’s well-being with environmental efficiency — transparent spaces, certified materials and renewable energy. The integration of advanced technologies and optimised processes translates into faster turnaround times, greater control and more reliable results for every project.

Technology
State-of-the-art production lines.
Industry 4.0 technologies and lean production improve every stage. Advanced software for direct raw material transfer, automated filling and packaging lines, and in-house analytical laboratories: every step of the process is monitored and traced.
Production capacity exceeding 9 million units per year and the flexibility to handle bespoke orders for brands of any size. The result: greater efficiency, faster turnaround, higher reliability.

Research
In-house R&D, exclusive formulations.
The Research & Development department is embedded at the heart of the company and works in close collaboration with production. We develop fast-acting formulations, cold-processed and based on natural ingredients from a short supply chain, vegan and organic extracts, innovative biotechnological actives and upcycled ingredients.
We select gentle, biodegradable, low-impact ingredients across the entire product lifecycle. Innovations tested and developed over more than 35 years of applied research form the foundation of the private label catalogue.

Spaces are designed to enhance well-being and collaboration. Modern, eco-sustainable architecture with bright, fully transparent offices surrounded by greenery and open workspaces. Open-view laboratories in a “show kitchen” style and a lounge area for events and breaks foster communication and connection between people.
The outdoor spaces celebrate the essence of Salento, with dry stone walls and a variety of Mediterranean plants.
