Every single choice of the company and the entire production process created by Domenico Scordari are in line with the highest ethical values and with the highest standards of respect for People (Collaborators, Suppliers, Customers, Institutions) and the Environment (Reduction of CO2 emissions, Natural Resources Management, Respect of the environment in the production cycle). Thanks to this, N&B has achieved the B-CORP Certification, a movement of about 2000 companies worldwide, contributing to the creation of a new business model as a force for good and able to guarantee a better future to the world.
Following the concept of “People & Planet First” Domenico created many local events and activities, to appeal consciences on the importance of sustainability and respect for nature and man. It is quite obvious that the highest levels of quality of life and opportunities for citizens must be accompanied by a fully sustainable development. For this reason, Domenico Scordari is at the forefront in the defense of the local territory and the environment, trying to give the right example to its fellow citizens. He is sure that Italy is a Country with a huge potential, to be enhanced through clean technologies and protection of its territory, with the right information and education on sustainability concepts.

A regenerative, ethical and locally impactful business model involving 5 impact areas: the Team, the territory, the supply chain, the production chain and positive impact partnerships. In 2021, N&B was awarded the extraordinary recognition as a BEST FOR THE WORLD for positive impact in the category Environment.

One of his most popular initiatives has been the maintenance of many city beds and the donation of over 3.000 Aloe Vera plants to the urban green.
Thanks to this important event in July 2017 the Apulia Region has recognized Martano as “Martano in Città dell’Aloe” and during this important event Helen Mirren and Taylor Hackford participated as special guest.
